The 2-nd Congress of ForHRUL took place in the World Trade Centre of Riga on the 21-st of May, 2005. There were representatives of Russian, American, Chinese, Spanish, Finnish, Belorussian, Spanish and Slovakian embassies and 15 NGO leaders among the guests.
After the reports of ForHRUL co-chairpersons there was a lot of speeches by ForHRUL leaders and activists from different regions, sometimes disputing. The leaders and activists of Latvian, Russian, Scottish, Lithuanian and Estonian friendly parties, including MEP I. Hudghtone and two deputies of Russian Parliament held speeches also.
A resolution about party’s progress during the last year claiming also the beginning of a discussion inside the party was adopted. At the end participants elected the new ruling boards of our block.
