She noted that back in 2006 she drew the attention of the European Parliament that it was impossible to introduce a single European citizenship as long as there were so many non-citizens living in Latvia and Estonia. &#8220;If you think that since then the situation of mass statelessness in these two EU member states has been resolved, you are mistaken.
